Access points
Entrance doors, the server room, the stockroom, the till area and management offices.
We design from the structure of the company: who should be able to enter which rooms and what happens when someone leaves.
Entrance doors, the server room, the stockroom, the till area and management offices.
Electromagnetic locks, turnstiles, readers and controllers.
Cards, fobs, phones, and biometrics where a card could be handed over.
Rights by role, time windows and visitor passes with a limited validity.
Reports on arrivals and departures, with export to HR records.
Linking to video surveillance and to the onboarding and offboarding procedures.
A system with 3 to 5 access points is installed in two to three days.
Access points, door types, availability of power and cable routes.
The layout, the equipment and access zones by role.
Mounting, wiring, and configuration of controllers and permissions.
Issuing cards, training the responsible person and setting the procedure for issuing and withdrawing them.
The system is useless without a procedure for withdrawing passes. If a leaver card is not blocked the same day, the access remains. That step must be part of offboarding alongside collecting the laptop, not a separate task somebody remembers a week later.
No. For an office, electromagnetic locks on the entrance doors and critical rooms are usually enough. Turnstiles are needed where there is a heavy flow of people and strict tracking is required, such as manufacturing sites and large offices.
Cards are cheaper and more familiar, but people hand them to each other. Biometrics rules that out but costs more and requires careful handling of the data: biometric information is a separate category with stricter legal requirements.
Yes, and that is a common reason for installing it. It is important to inform employees and set the procedure out in the company documents: using entry data for time tracking must be formalised rather than introduced informally.
Tell us about the site and how many employees you have. We will propose a layout of access points and cost the equipment.
