What is included

We put the whole picture together: links, telephony and the rules for switching between them.

Discuss the scope

Choosing providers

By availability in the building, real quality and contract terms rather than by advertising.

Redundancy

A second link from a different operator with automatic failover.

IP telephony

A virtual exchange, internal numbers, forwarding rules and a voice menu.

Numbers

Connecting local and national numbers and porting existing ones when changing operator.

Call recording

Storage and access in line with personal data requirements.

CRM integration

A call opens the client card and the history is saved in the system.

How the work runs

Connecting a link takes two to four weeks at the provider. Telephony is configured in a few days.

01

Survey

Which providers are connected to the building, which numbers exist and what is in use now.

02

Design

The link scheme with redundancy, the numbering plan and the call handling flows.

03

Connection

Provider orders, hardware configuration and number porting.

04

Verification

Simulating a primary link failure and test calls through every flow.

The backup link should be with a different operator and preferably on a different technology. Two links from the same provider come into the building on the same cable, and one incident takes out both. A mobile backup next to fibre looks crude but saves the day most often.

Frequently asked questions

Often yes, but not always and not quickly: porting takes two to six weeks and depends on the operators. If the number appears in advertising and on business cards, start the port well before a move or a change of operator.

It helps in resolving disputes and in training staff. But recordings contain personal data: you must announce the recording at the start of the call and restrict access to the archive. We set up both the technical and the organisational side.

Usually noticeably less than the primary one: a backup is taken at a lower speed because it exists to keep you working, not comfortable. An unlimited mobile backup costs little and covers most outages.

We will set up your connectivity

Tell us about the office, the headcount and your current connectivity. We will select links with redundancy and configure telephony.
