What is included

Half the work is not the site but the integrations: accounting, payments, delivery, fiscal receipts.

Discuss the scope

Catalogue and filters

Characteristics, product variants, search. Whether the customer finds the product depends on the quality of the data.

Basket and checkout

A short path to the order, checkout without compulsory registration.

Online payment

Card acquiring, payment by invoice for companies, instalments where needed.

Delivery

Calculation of cost and timescales, pickup points, tracking numbers.

Exchange with accounting

Products, prices and stock in one direction, orders and statuses in the other.

Fiscal cash register

A cloud register issues the receipt on payment. Without it you cannot sell.

How the work runs

From eight weeks. The timescale is set not by the number of products but by the number of integrations and the state of the accounting system.

01

Analysis

We study the product matrix, the warehouses, the price types and the delivery logic.

02

Design

The product card and the checkout are the two pages that decide everything.

03

Development and integrations

Site, exchange, payments, delivery, cash register. The exchange is configured on a test landscape.

04

Test sales

We place real orders with payment and refund before opening.

The most expensive launch mistake is updating stock once a day. A customer pays for a product that does not exist, and you get a refund, a bad review and a lost acquiring fee. Stock has to be exchanged at least once an hour, and preferably more often.

Frequently asked questions

You do, but not a physical one. A cloud register will do: it generates and sends the receipt to the tax service without any equipment in the office. It is connected within a few days and does not cost much.

If your goods carry mandatory product codes, the codes have to be passed into the receipt at the point of sale. This is configured in the register and accounting pairing and is verified before opening, otherwise the codes never retire.

You can, with products and orders kept in the site itself. That works up to a few hundred items and a modest order flow. Beyond that, reconciling stock by hand becomes a source of errors.

We will launch an online shop

Tell us about your products, warehouses and accounting system. We will draw up the scope of the integrations and estimate the timescale.
