Marketing consulting
Working through a specific question with an expert: assessing a contractor proposal, choosing between channels, understanding why leads have dropped. A meeting format rather than a long project.
Three services. All three answer one question: where exactly the customer is lost between the ad and the payment.
We review the acquisition channels and calculate the cost per lead for each. We check whether the analytics is set up correctly: very often half the conversions are simply not recorded and a channel is written off as unprofitable for no reason.
We document the deal stages as they actually happen and move them into the CRM. We set up lead source tracking so the report shows not only how many deals there are but also where they came from.

There are losses at every step, and that is normal. What is not normal is not knowing at which step they are largest.
We optimise the site and the hosting. The page takes too long to load on a phone.
We check the scenario and the interface. The visitor does not understand what to do next.
We shorten the form and add bot protection. There are too many required fields at the entry point.
We set leads to arrive directly in the CRM. The email went to a personal inbox and was lost.
We introduce a procedure and monitor response times. The customer was called back only a day later.
We connect end-to-end analytics through to payment. The source of the lead is not recorded anywhere.
Before increasing the advertising budget, it is worth counting how many leads you already lose. A form that will not submit on a phone, or leads arriving at the mailbox of an employee who has left, devalue any amount of traffic. We find such things in audits regularly.
Two weeks working with your systems and data. The output is a prioritised report where the fixes are ordered by impact.
We check that all goals are configured and that the analytics figures match the real number of leads in the CRM.
We calculate the cost per lead and per deal for each source. It often turns out that cheap leads bring in less money.
We walk the whole path ourselves: from a phone, from a computer, we submit a lead and see whether it arrives and how quickly someone replies.
A list of findings sorted by revenue impact and effort. There is always something cheap to start with.
No, running campaigns is not our field and we say so plainly. We do the technical and analytical part: analytics, integrations, the CRM, site speed. We work alongside your advertising contractor, and an independent audit usually improves their results too.
Yes, but the conclusions will be limited: without a CRM you cannot trace the path from lead to payment, and therefore cannot measure the real return of a channel. In such cases implementing a CRM is usually the first item in the report.
It is when every payment can be traced back to the ad the customer came from. Then you compare money rather than leads: a channel with expensive leads may bring more revenue than one with cheap ones. Without that link, decisions are made on intermediate metrics.
Technical findings such as a broken form or lost leads are fixed in days and pay off immediately. Changes to the funnel and the analytics show a cumulative result in one or two months, once enough data has built up.
Tell us which channels you use and what raises questions. We will check your analytics and walk the customer journey ourselves.
