Selecting the specialist
Matched to your stack and tasks, with the interview conducted on your side.
We handle the staffing question: recruitment, replacement, holidays and professional development. You set the tasks.

Full time, part of the week or shifts, whichever suits your processes.
During holidays and sick leave another engineer familiar with the site steps in.
Engineers in the cities where distributed companies operate.
We monitor the standard of work and replace the specialist if they do not fit.
Professional development for the engineer at our expense.
Recruitment takes from two weeks. Rare skills take longer, and we say so up front.
We define the tasks, the stack and the level required. It often turns out a different level is needed than assumed.
We propose candidates and you interview them.
Familiarisation with the infrastructure, access and procedures.
Quality control, cover and replacement where needed.
The main advantage of this format is the absence of staffing risk. The engineer resigns, falls ill or goes on holiday: that is our problem, not yours. With an in-house employee, finding a replacement takes months, and the tasks pile up all that time.

Yes, and it is a common format: two or three days a week, or half days. For a company of 30 to 50 workstations a permanent presence is usually excessive, while a few days a week covers the need.
We replace them. That is part of the service and needs no explanation on your side; it is enough to say it did not work out. Usually that becomes clear within the first two or three weeks.
Tell us about the tasks, the stack and the schedule. We will propose candidates and you conduct the interviews.
