What is included

We configure from the process, not from the feature list. Switching everything on is a sure way to end up with an unused portal.

Discuss the scope

Sales funnel

Stages that reflect your real process rather than the defaults out of the box.

Cards and fields

Only the fields that are genuinely needed. Every extra one reduces the chance they get filled in.

Telephony

Calls inside the client card, call recording and distribution between salespeople.

Email and forms

Website leads and emails land in the system automatically, bypassing personal inboxes.

1C exchange

Invoices, payments and shipments, so a salesperson can see the status without walking to accounting.

Access rights

Who sees what. A salesperson should not be able to export the entire client database.

How the work runs

A basic implementation takes three to four weeks. With data exchange and customisation, from a month and a half.

01

Process review

How a sale runs today, where leads are lost and what salespeople do by hand.

02

Configuration

Funnel, fields, permissions and integrations. The minimum first, then growth.

03

Training

Before go-live, on real deals rather than from a manual.

04

Follow-up

The first month: answering questions and adjusting the setup based on feedback.

The clearest sign of a failed implementation is a parallel spreadsheet. If a month later salespeople track deals both in the system and in their own file, the system either does not cover their task or demands extra work. The cure is simplification, not an order from management.

Frequently asked questions

With one funnel and a minimum of required fields. Trying to configure sales, tasks, document workflow and HR processes at once ends with nothing working. Expand only after the first part has taken root.

The free version covers the basic needs of a small team. Paid editions are needed for larger headcounts, complex permissions, automation and lifting storage limits. We select the edition to fit the task rather than taking the largest.

The basics take a few hours per group. What matters is not the length but the format: training on a salesperson real deals rather than on demo data. And always before go-live, otherwise the first days turn into chaos.

We will implement Bitrix24

Tell us about your sales process and headcount. We will propose the scope of the first stage, without trying to configure everything at once.
