Cloud or on-premise

The first decision in any implementation. Switching between the options is possible but costs time, so it is better to choose up front.

For most companies

Option 1

Cloud

The portal runs on the vendor side; you pay a subscription and maintain nothing.

Start
On the day of payment
Payments
Monthly or annual subscription
Where the data sits
On the vendor side
Customisations
Limited to the marketplace apps
Updates
Arrive automatically

Option 2

On-premise

The portal sits on your server: more freedom and more responsibility.

Start
A server and installation are required
Payments
One-off purchase plus renewal
Where the data sits
On your server
Customisations
Practically unlimited
Updates
On your schedule

Bottom line

Which to choose

Switching between the options is possible but costs time, so decide up front.

Cloud is a good fit
For most companies without special requirements
On-premise is required
When there are data residency requirements
Plus the on-premise licence
When the portal needs deep customisation

The main reason implementations fail is not technology but the absence of rules. If a salesperson is allowed to track a deal in a notebook, that is where they will track it. So every implementation includes agreed rules: what counts as a deal, who creates the client record and when the stage changes.

How the implementation runs

We configure one block at a time rather than everything at once: sales first, then tasks, then the rest. That gives employees time to adjust.

01

Process review

We look at how a deal currently runs from enquiry to payment and where customers are lost. We build the funnel from reality, not from a textbook.

02

CRM setup

Stages, fields, access rights and connection of email, telephony and website forms. Leads stop getting lost in personal inboxes.

03

Data migration and training

We import the client database and run training by role: a manager and a salesperson use the system differently.

04

Support during the first weeks

The most important stage: we adjust the setup to the real objections of employees before habits set in.

Frequently asked questions

The most common request. Usually the cause is that the system was set up like everyone else has it rather than around the company processes, and no rules were agreed. We start with a review: what gets in the salesperson way, which fields are redundant, where data is entered twice. After reconfiguration and training the system usually comes back to life without buying anything else.

Yes, the exchange is set up in both directions: invoices and payments from 1C appear in the deal card, and new counterparties from the CRM go into the accounting system. The scope depends on the version and on how customised your configuration is.

It is counted by the number of employees who need access, not by departments. It often turns out that half the company only needs basic access to tasks, and the plan works out cheaper than expected.

The data does not disappear, but vendor updates and support stop and some features are disabled. We remind you about renewal in advance so it does not coincide with your peak season.

We will work through your processes

Tell us how you manage clients today and what falls through the cracks. We will propose a portal setup and quote the licences at partner prices.
