Basic
For a small office: user requests, hardware maintenance and a scheduled engineer visit.
Contract from 6 months · no setup fee
What is included
A fixed monthly fee, a transparent scope of work and a response time written into the contract. The price depends not on the size of the company but on the number of workstations, whether there are servers and the support hours; below is a breakdown of how it adds up.
Four formats: three subscription plans with different support hours and one project format with no monthly fee.

The quote and the timescale within two working days of the brief
What is included
The monthly fee is based on the scope of support, not on company turnover. These six factors determine the final amount.
The main multiplier. We count employee desktops, laptops and all-in-ones, not the number of people on the payroll.
Charged separately. The domain, 1C, email, file server and virtualisation all require regular scheduled maintenance.
Makes the biggest difference. Business hours and round-the-clock duty differ in cost several times over.
The shorter it is, the more it costs. A 15-minute response requires an on-duty shift, not a single engineer on the phone.
Scheduled visits are included in the plan. The price is affected by how far the office is and how many sites the company has.
Affects the first months. A neglected estate needs work to get it in order; after that the fee goes down.
Hardware and licences are not included in the monthly fee. The fee covers labour: requests, administration, scheduled maintenance and on-site visits under the contract. Hardware, software and project work such as migration are invoiced separately.
Three typical setups to give you a sense of the numbers before talking to a manager. The exact amount is calculated after an assessment.
An office with no servers
from 18,000 ₽/mo
12 workstations, everything in the cloud, business-hours support.
An office with 1C and a server
from 43,000 ₽/mo
40 workstations, two servers, round-the-clock support.
A production site or a chain of outlets
from 89,000 ₽/mo
Several sites, a dedicated team, a 15-minute response.
From the first conversation to a signed contract usually takes three to ten business days. The assessment is free and comes with no obligation.
How many workstations, whether there are servers, what support hours you need. It takes about fifteen minutes.
We review the hardware estate, servers, network and licences. You get a report with the risks even if we never start working together.
We send the price and a list of what the fee covers and what is charged separately.
We fix the scope of work, the response time and the liabilities. Then comes infrastructure handover and the start of service.
Because two offices of 30 people can differ several times over in workload: one has everything in the cloud and three-year-old hardware, the other has two servers, an ageing estate and a production network. The figures in the plans are the lower bound for a typical setup, and the exact amount is calculated after an assessment.
Nothing: the monthly fee is fixed and is not recalculated by the number of requests. We allow for the average flow in advance. If the volume grows steadily because the company has expanded, we revise the terms for the next period rather than billing extra retroactively.
The Basic plan starts from six months, the others from three. The reason is infrastructure handover: the first month goes into documenting and tidying things up, which makes a short term unprofitable for both sides. Termination is possible with notice, and the handover procedure is set out in the contract.
Yes. There is a project format with no monthly fee: we quote for a specific task. You can also take server support only and keep workstations with your own specialist; we put together such a hybrid regularly.
Against an agreed quote and only after your approval. We do not carry out work beyond the contract at our own discretion and invoice for it afterwards. Project work, hardware and licences are always agreed in advance.
Tell us about your office: how many workstations, whether there are servers and what support hours you need. We will send a quote and the scope of work.

We can already see it. We will reply within one business day, and for urgent matters we will bring in the on-duty engineer right away.
