What is included

Six elements. Half of them are about manageability: who is responsible, what is measured and how decisions are made.

Discuss the scope

A dedicated team

Assigned engineers who know your infrastructure and a personal manager as a single point of contact for any question.

An SLA with liability

A 15-minute response for critical incidents, a recovery time for every priority and penalties in your favour.

Reporting

A monthly report from the tracking system: requests by priority, target compliance, the state of the infrastructure and the open risks.

The whole infrastructure

Servers, virtualisation, networks, backups and monitoring that alerts us before a user notices.

Information security

Security tools, access control, event monitoring and regulatory compliance as an ongoing process.

Roadmap

Once a quarter we show what is worth changing and in what order, with cost estimates. The IT budget is planned rather than spent reactively.

What the report measures

The indicators are fixed in the contract, calculated from the tracking system and do not depend on who is commenting on them.

Recurring incidents are the most useful figure in the report. Ten identical requests a month do not mean poor support, they mean an unresolved cause. We flag such cases separately and propose a change instead of endlessly closing the symptoms.

Frequently asked questions

Specific engineers are assigned to your company, know your infrastructure and do not change from one request to the next. That does not mean they sit in your office or work only for you: in an incident the whole duty shift joins in. But the context is not lost and you do not have to explain everything again each time.

A breach is recorded in the monthly report and under the contract we pay a penalty, usually a percentage of the monthly fee for that period. The obligation is one-sided: the penalties are in your favour. That disciplines us far better than any assurances given in a meeting.

At this size we are usually brought in alongside the department, not instead of it: round-the-clock duty, specialist areas such as security and networking, and taking routine requests off the first line. The in-house team then works on development and internal systems rather than passwords and printers.

We hand over documentation, diagrams, passwords and access credentials and help brief the new contractor or your own team. The handover procedure is in the contract and is not charged extra. We do not build dependence on the idea that nobody else could work it out.

Let us discuss the terms

Tell us about your infrastructure and your response time requirements. We will propose the team composition, the SLA and the reporting process.
