Outsourcing and support
User requests, engineer visits, hardware estate maintenance and a single support desk operating to an SLA.
Six broad areas. Companies usually start with one and, six months later, hand us the adjacent tasks too, because there is no need to look for another contractor.
User requests, engineer visits, hardware estate maintenance and a single support desk operating to an SLA.
Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, networks and cabling, cloud and hosting, backups and monitoring.
152-FZ and regulatory requirements, security tools, incident monitoring, antivirus protection and staff training.
Websites and online stores on 1C-Bitrix, integrations with accounting systems, portals and custom development.
Selection and supply of workstations, servers, network and retail equipment, plus software at partner prices.
Infrastructure and architecture audits, digital strategy, AI implementation and corporate staff training.
We do not simply swap one person for another. Support is built on processes, so an engineer going on holiday or leaving does not stop your work.
Phone, email and the portal all feed into one support desk. Every request gets a number, a priority and a deadline.
Each company has an assigned engineer and manager, but anyone on the team can pick up a task because the infrastructure is documented.
Response and recovery times are fixed in writing, and penalties apply to us if they are missed.
A monthly report on requests and the state of the infrastructure, and quarterly proposals on what is worth improving.
Engineers are organised by specialism: the first line handles routine work, while complex tasks go to specialists without losing context.
We work officially, under a contract. Copies of documents and partner certificates are sent on request together with the commercial proposal.
Prepared for your specific task. It fixes the scope of work, the response time and the responsibilities of both parties.
Sent on request. They confirm access to wholesale prices for hardware and licences.
Signed before work begins. Protects the data and access credentials you share with us.
Published on the site. Describes how the company processes personal data.
Monthly, by the 5th. They confirm that the work was carried out in the reporting period.
Before we start, we run a free assessment. In five business days we review the hardware estate, servers, network and licences, point out the bottlenecks and hand over a report, even if you never end up working with us.
An in-house specialist is the time of one person. We provide a team with different skills, established processes and cover for holidays and sick leave. A hybrid is often best: your specialist stays on business tasks while we take the routine work and the narrow specialisms.
From a 10-person office to distributed companies with branches. Small offices are served by the basic plan, large ones by a dedicated team with a 15-minute response and SLA reporting.
Remote support covers all of Russia; engineer visits are available in the cities where we operate. For branch networks we build a hybrid: our support line plus a vetted local contractor managed by us.
We hand over documentation, diagrams, passwords and access credentials and help brief the new contractor or in-house engineer. The handover procedure is set out in the contract and is not charged separately.
Yes. There is a project format with no monthly fee: a website, a migration, an audit or an implementation at a fixed quote. If we work well together, you can switch to managed service at any time.
We will run a free assessment in five business days and show what should be fixed first. We reply within one business day.
