Analysis
We study the process as it is and formulate what it should become. It often turns out that software is not what is needed.
The work is split into stages with separate acceptance. You can stop after any stage without losing what is already done.

Architecture, data model, integrations, interface prototypes.
In iterations, with a demonstration of the result every two weeks.
Functional and load testing, with scenarios recorded for future checks.
Data migration, user training, launch into trial operation.
Fixes, improvements and development after launch.
Analysis takes two to four weeks, the first working version starts at three months. We name the exact deadline after the analysis, not before.
We look at the process and calculate what automation will give. This is a separate paid stage.
A clickable model of the interface. Arguing over it is cheap, arguing over finished code is expensive.
In sprints with demonstrations. You see the result before delivery, not after.
Trial operation, improvements based on feedback, handover of documentation.
It is impossible to estimate a project accurately before the analysis. Anyone who names a deadline and a price from a one page description is guessing. We make the analysis a separate short stage, and give an estimate we stand behind once it is finished.
You do. Sources are handed over together with the documentation, and the rights are set out in the contract. This matters: development that leaves you unable to change contractor ties you down for good.
Often it can, and we say so honestly even when the opposite would suit us better. Custom development pays off when the process really is unique or when ready made products need so much reworking that writing your own is simpler.
That is why we work in stages with a fixed price for each. After the analysis the real picture is visible, and the scope of the first version can be reduced by postponing part of the functions. You can stop between stages without losing what is done.
Tell us which process you want to automate. We start with a survey, and sometimes it turns out that development is not needed.
