What is included

The scope depends on the type of project, but the framework repeats: from choosing the edition to handover for maintenance.

Discuss the scope

Choosing the edition

Standard, Small Business, Business or Enterprise. The difference lies in the number of warehouses, personal prices and load capacity.

Design planning

Section structure, user scenarios, the content of product cards and filters.

Design and markup

Layouts for desktop and mobile, responsive without a separate mobile version.

Development

Component configuration, template customisation, custom logic where the standard functionality falls short.

Exchange with 1C

Catalogue, prices, stock, orders and statuses. A separate schedule is configured for each flow.

Launch and handover

Migration to the production hosting, training for the content manager, documentation.

How the work runs

A typical corporate website takes 4 to 6 weeks, an online shop with exchange from 8. Most of the time goes not on the markup but on agreeing the data.

01

Analysis

We study the tasks and look at the accounting system. Half the project timescale depends on its condition.

02

Prototype and design

We agree the structure and layouts before development starts, since changes are cheap at this point.

03

Development and exchange

We build the site and configure the exchange on a test landscape in parallel.

04

Launch

We move to the production server, populate the content, train the team and hand over to support.

Project deadlines are most often broken not by development but by the state of the product data in 1C. Duplicate products, characteristics buried inside the product name and a catalogue structured for the accounts department mean a week of work for a merchandiser, and it has to happen before the start, not after.

Frequently asked questions

For a corporate website the Standard edition is enough. A shop needs Small Business or above, because that is where the trade catalogue and the exchange appear. Enterprise only makes sense under high load and with several warehouses, for most companies it is overpaying.

Yes, and it is a separate task. The structure, content, images and page addresses are transferred with redirects configured so that search positions are not lost. The design is usually rebuilt from scratch at the same time.

A licence is required and is registered to your company. The first year includes updates, after which renewal costs roughly a quarter of the price. We select the edition and arrange the supply, and the site stays yours regardless of who maintains it.
