A second monitor is the cheapest productivity measure there is. For work where you need to look at a document and an accounting system at the same time it pays for itself in a couple of months. And it costs less than most of the improvements discussed at meetings.

For documents and accounting systems, 24 to 27 inches at Full HD resolution or better, ideally QHD. Curved and gaming panels are not needed in an office, but height adjustment matters: it affects posture and fatigue.

For people who spend several hours a day on the phone, yes. The difference in microphone quality and noise cancellation is audible to the person on the other end, and those are your clients. For occasional calls an inexpensive model is enough.

For fixed workplaces there is little point: batteries, latency, lost receivers. Wireless makes sense in meeting rooms and wherever mobility on the desk matters.
