What is included

We work on the principle of a standing list: the standard items are agreed and a request is fulfilled without re approval.

Discuss the scope

Drives

Solid state and mechanical, enterprise grade for servers.

Memory

Selected strictly by model and generation, with a compatibility check.

Cartridges and toner

Original and compatible, matched to the models in your fleet.

Cables and adapters

Network, power, video. The small things that are always needed yesterday.

Workplace upgrades

Adding memory and replacing drives instead of buying new computers.

Stock reserve

A small reserve of frequently used items, held by you or by us.

How the work runs

Stock items ship from one day. Specific components for older hardware can take longer.

01

Fleet inventory

Which hardware, which models, what fails most often.

02

The list

We agree the standard items with prices for a period.

03

Requests

Supply as required without re approving each item.

04

Control

A consumption report so you can see where the money goes.

Upgrading an old computer is often better value than buying a new one. Replacing a mechanical drive with a solid state one and adding memory gives a gain that subjectively feels like a new machine, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. This works up to a certain age of hardware, usually five to six years.

Frequently asked questions

From the model of the motherboard or the computer: the type, generation, frequency and maximum capacity per slot all matter. We check compatibility before ordering, because returning memory that does not fit is harder than it seems.

Almost always. It is the most noticeable improvement available: the system boots in seconds and applications open instantly. The limit is age: if the computer is more than seven or eight years old, it makes more sense to invest in replacing it.

A small one, yes. One spare drive, a memory kit and a couple of cables cover most urgent situations and save a day of downtime. Keeping a large store makes no sense, since hardware becomes obsolete.

We will put a component list together

Tell us about your hardware fleet. We will agree the standard items, and from then on supply runs on request without correspondence.
