How supply works

If you want, the hardware arrives not as boxes in a storeroom but at the desks, ready to work.

01

Objective and budget

We establish which applications will run and how many years the hardware must last. The configuration follows from that, not the other way round.

02

Options and quote

We give two or three options in different price brackets and explain the difference. The invoice follows your approval.

03

Supply

We quote lead times honestly, including made-to-order items. We report supplier delays immediately, not on the shipping date.

04

Rollout and asset records

Installation, configuration, data transfer from the old hardware, asset labelling and entry into the records.

The most expensive hardware is the hardware you buy twice. A classic case: a server is bought with no headroom in memory or disks, hits the ceiling a year later and is replaced entirely. The price difference at the start would have been less than the cost of replacement.

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes that is exactly what you should do, and we say so. The difference shows up on bulk orders and complex hardware: partner prices, business warranty with replacement instead of trips to a service centre, selection of compatible components and responsibility for making it all work together.

The manufacturer warranty plus our support: we file the claim, so you never deal with the service centre. For critical hardware we recommend extended warranty with next business day replacement, which is almost always worth it for servers.

Yes, Russian desktops, laptops and servers from the industry registry. We help with the justification and the procurement paperwork, including a commercial proposal for calculating the starting contract price.

For servers and network hardware, yes, that is a separate area covering rented capacity and switches. For workstations buying is usually cheaper, but rental is also an option when headcount grows seasonally.

We help assess what is worth upgrading and what should be written off. Before disposal we securely wipe the drives, which is part of the information security requirements people usually forget when replacing hardware.

We will select hardware for the task

Describe what you need and for which applications. We will send two or three options with prices and explain how they differ in practice.
