Rental makes particular sense on temporary sites. A construction site, a seasonal warehouse, a temporary office during a refurbishment: buying hardware for those is irrational, yet working without a proper network is impossible. When the site closes, the hardware simply goes back.
Buying is cheaper over a long horizon if the site is permanent and there is someone to maintain it. Renting wins when the timescale is uncertain, the budget is limited, or you would rather not deal with repairs and replacements.
Yes, from a month. For events and temporary sites this is a common scenario: the hardware is delivered, configured, works for the required period and comes back.
We replace it at our own cost, as part of the service. For critical sites we keep spare units so a replacement happens within the working day rather than after ordering a new one.
Tell us about the site and the timescale. We will select the hardware and quote a monthly payment including maintenance.
