What is included

We maintain both equipment bought from us and what you already have. We start with an inventory of the estate.

Discuss the scope

Estate inventory

Models, locations, page counters and the condition of the components.

Preventive maintenance

Cleaning the paper path and replacing wear parts by usage rather than after they fail.

Consumables

Cartridges, toner and drums, supplied to a schedule so nobody has to rush at the last minute.

Refilling and reconditioning

Where it is economically justified and does not harm the machine.

Repair

Diagnostics, component replacement and, if needed, a loan machine while the work is done.

Warranty support

Warranty service for equipment supplied by us.

How the work runs

Response to a fault is usually the next business day. Preventive maintenance follows an agreed schedule.

01

Inventory

We compile a list of the equipment with counters and condition.

02

Schedule

We plan preventive maintenance by usage and the need for consumables.

03

Operation

Scheduled maintenance, consumable supply and repairs on request.

04

Report

What was serviced, what was replaced and which machines are due for retirement.

Refilling cartridges saves money only up to a point. After several cycles the drum wears out and print quality falls along with the life of the machine. We tell you when a cartridge should be replaced outright rather than refilled again.

Frequently asked questions

By usage rather than by the calendar: usually every 30 to 50 thousand pages depending on the model. For a machine printing a couple of hundred pages a month, once a year is enough. For a busy one, several times.

We compare the repair cost against the price of a new model including consumables. It often turns out that repairing a seven-year-old machine with expensive cartridges is not worthwhile even when the repair itself is cheap.

Yes. We start with an inventory and a condition assessment: sometimes it is more honest to retire part of the estate than to keep it running. We give our recommendations and take on what makes sense.

We will take your office equipment into service

Tell us how many machines you have and which models. We will run an inventory and propose a schedule with consumables.
