What is included

We choose the payment provider by its rate and by whether it supports the scenarios you need.

Discuss the scope

Online acquiring

Accepting cards and payments through the instant payment system.

Invoice payment

Automatic invoicing for companies with tracking of incoming payments.

Instalments and credit

Connecting those services where the average order value justifies it.

Link to the till

The receipt is generated automatically at payment; without this, accepting payments breaches 54-FZ.

Refunds

Full and partial, with a correct refund receipt.

Entry in accounting

Payments reach the accounting system and are reconciled against the orders.

How the work runs

The technical connection takes a few days. The review by the bank or provider takes longer.

01

Choosing a provider

We compare rates and supported scenarios. The lowest rate is not always the best choice.

02

Paperwork

Documents, the provider review of the site and obtaining the credentials.

03

Connection

Integration on the site, the link to the till and alert configuration.

04

Test payments

A real payment and refund before sales open. Mandatory, not optional.

The provider reviews the site before connecting, and rejections do happen. You need a public offer, a data processing policy, company details and a description of the goods and delivery terms. It is better to prepare these in advance: the review takes days and without it the payments are not switched on.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The bank processes the payment, but the receipt under 54-FZ is generated by a till. For online sales a cloud till will do: no hardware in the office, but the link has to be configured.

It depends on turnover and sector. The difference between providers is usually within a percentage point, and what often matters more than the rate is support for the scenarios you need: refunds, partial payments, payments by companies.

That is a separate scenario: the site issues an invoice, the buyer pays by bank transfer and the order proceeds once the money arrives. It is automated by tracking incoming payments in the accounting system.

We will set up payment acceptance

Tell us what you sell and to whom. We will choose a provider and build the chain from payment to receipt and accounting.
