Plan selection
By headcount and the features you need, not on the principle of taking extra just in case.
The first question is cloud or on-premise. It determines both the cost and where your data will live.
By headcount and the features you need, not on the principle of taking extra just in case.
The cloud is simpler and cheaper; on-premise is needed when data must stay with you.
The licence is issued to your company with the closing documents.
We track the expiry and remind you in advance so you do not lose access to updates.
Upgrading as you grow, and the reverse where needed.
Moving from cloud to on-premise or back with the data preserved.
The purchase takes one or two days. Migration between cloud and on-premise takes a week or more.
How many employees, which features are used and what is planned.
A plan with reasoning and a comparison against the neighbouring price points.
Supply, activation and documents.
We track the expiry date and warn you before it passes, not after.
The licence must be issued to your company, not to the contractor. A portal registered in an integrator account cannot be taken with you when you change providers, and neither can the entire deal history. Check this before paying.
The cloud suits the overwhelming majority: it is cheaper, needs no server and updates itself. On-premise is needed when data must not leave your infrastructure or deep customisation is required. Maintaining an on-premise install costs money and time.
In the cloud the plan drops to the free tier with limits and partial loss of access to data. On-premise the system keeps running but without updates or vendor support, which becomes a security risk over time.
Sometimes yes: not every employee needs full access. Reviewing the roles often reduces the number of paid seats. We look at this during selection because overpaying here is common.
Tell us how many employees you have and what you need from the system. We will pick a plan without overpaying and arrange the purchase.
