What the solution includes

Six blocks: three about the shop floor and three about online sales. Shared accounting ties them together.

Discuss the scope

Online tills and 54-FZ

Supply, registration with the tax service, the fiscal drive and exchange with the inventory system. For online sales, a cloud POS with no hardware.

Product labelling

Turnkey Chestny Znak labelling: scanners, label printers, configuration of code intake and retirement, and training for shop staff.

Connectivity at the outlet

A primary and a backup link with automatic failover, a separate network for the tills and guest Wi-Fi for customers.

Online store

Catalogue, cart, payment and delivery on 1C-Bitrix, exchanging products, prices and orders with the accounting system.

Marketplaces

Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market: product card export, stock synchronisation and orders received into one system.

One stock pool

Reservations and deduction rules so the last item does not sell at once in the shop, on the site and on a marketplace.

What most often stops sales

Five typical incidents in retail. Each has an inexpensive countermeasure that is put in place in advance.

In retail a backup link is not a luxury but a necessity. An hour without internet on a weekday evening costs more than a year of mobile backup subscription. And the failover is configured once and then works by itself.

Frequently asked questions

Usually yes, but the scope depends on the version and how heavily the configuration has been modified. A standard configuration exchanges data almost out of the box; a heavily customised one needs a bespoke handler. At the start we look at the database and give a definite answer rather than promising in advance.

If you sell only online, a cloud POS is enough: it generates and sends receipts with no hardware in the office. A physical till is needed where cash is taken or payments are settled at the point of sale.

Yes, that is the whole point of the integration. Stock is deducted in the shared system regardless of where the order was placed. We also configure reservations so the same last item does not sell in two channels at once.

Yes. For retail the support hours follow the trading hours of the outlets rather than an office schedule. This usually means a plan with a round-the-clock duty line: Saturday and Sunday are peak trading days, and an incident then is the most expensive.
