Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Apply LLC, address: 117198, Moscow, 4 Samory Mashela St., bldg. 2, office 59, TIN 7725777206. Processing takes place within the Russian Federation.
What data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to answer an enquiry and to perform the contract. We do not process special categories of data or biometrics.
- Contact details - name, phone number, email address, company name.
- Content of the enquiry - the text of the request, the selected topic and the task description.
- Contract data - company details, contacts of the responsible employees, access to the systems we support.
- Technical data - IP address, browser and device type, the pages you opened on the site.
We never ask for passwords in forms on the site. Credentials for accessing your infrastructure are shared only under the contract and through an agreed secure channel.
Why we process it
- To answer a request and prepare a quote and a commercial proposal.
- To conclude and perform a service or project contract.
- To receive and handle support enquiries, track requests and monitor the SLA.
- To send the newsletter if you have subscribed to it.
- To improve the site: to understand which sections are useful and which are not.
On what grounds
The grounds for processing depend on why you provided the data.

We do not sell or pass personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Sharing is possible only in a limited number of cases.
- To contractors - if the work requires an engineer visit in your city. The amount of data is limited to the task.
- To infrastructure providers - website hosting and email services located in Russia.
- To government authorities - on a substantiated request, in the manner established by law.
How long we keep data and how we protect it
Data is kept no longer than the periods in the table above. Once the period expires, it is deleted or anonymised.
- Only employees who need it for their work have access to the data.
- An access log is kept, accounts are personal, and there are no shared logins.
- Transmission channels are encrypted and backups are stored in a protected environment.
- Once a year we review the list of data we process and remove anything unnecessary.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights granted by 152-FZ at any time.
- To find out what data of yours we process and on what grounds.
- To request correction of inaccurate data or its deletion.
- To withdraw consent to processing and to the newsletter.
- To appeal against our actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
The easiest way to withdraw consent is by email. We will process the request within 10 business days and inform you of the outcome.
If the data is needed to perform the contract or is required by law, withdrawing consent does not delete it immediately: it is kept until the end of the established period.
